RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Aurify we stand behind the quality of our products and want every customer to have a positive experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all standard Aurify LumiEar purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories included.

How To Start A Return To initiate a return you must contact us first at aurifywellness@outlook.com before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted and will not be eligible for a refund. In your email please include your full name, order number, reason for return, and a photo of the item in its original condition. Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 business hours with return instructions. Once your return is received and inspected we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Items The following items and purchases are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds under any circumstances:

Shipping Protection β€” Shipping protection is a service purchased to cover your order against loss, theft, or damage during transit. Once your order has been shipped this service has been rendered and cannot be refunded regardless of outcome.

Extended Warranty Plans β€” Any extended warranty or protection plan purchased alongside your order covers future device servicing and support. As this is a long-term service agreement it is non-refundable once activated.

Sale and Discounted Items β€” Any item purchased at a discounted price, during a promotional event, flash sale, or with a discount code is considered a final sale. These items are sold at a reduced price and are therefore not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. All sale purchases are final.

Digital Products and Downloadable Content β€” Any digital guides, content, or downloadable materials are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect please contact us within 7 days of delivery at aurifywellness@outlook.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect. We will review your case and send a replacement at no additional cost to you. We do not require you to return damaged or defective items.

Late or Missing Refunds If you have not received your refund within 7 business days of our confirmation please first check your bank account and contact your credit card company as processing times may vary. If you have done this and still have not received your refund please contact us at aurifywellness@outlook.com and we will investigate immediately.

Order Cancellations Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed. Once your order has been processed and dispatched we are unable to cancel it. If you wish to cancel please contact us immediately at aurifywellness@outlook.com with your order number in the subject line.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item please initiate a return following the process above and place a new order separately once your return has been approved.
