SHIPPING POLICY

At Aurify we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our full shipping policy below so you know exactly what to expect after placing your order.

Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a separate shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Times We currently ship to all 50 United States. Standard shipping delivery times are estimated between 8–15 business days from the date your order is dispatched. Please note that these are estimated delivery windows and not guaranteed delivery dates. Occasionally delays may occur due to high order volume, carrier delays, or customs processing, all of which are outside our control. We appreciate your patience in these situations.

Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier website. Please allow 24–48 hours for your tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation. If your tracking number is not updating after 5 business days please contact us and we will investigate on your behalf.

Shipping Costs We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum order value required. Your shipping cost will always be displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Lost or Stolen Packages Aurify is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package we recommend checking with neighbors, building management, or your local post office first. If the package still cannot be located please contact us at aurifywellness@outlook.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Aurify is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address please contact us immediately at aurifywellness@outlook.com. We will do our best to correct it before your order ships but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

International Shipping At this time Aurify ships exclusively within the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping options and will announce international shipping availability on our website and social media channels.
